Many people connect with God for the first time through Sunday services, so this is a logical first step. Our desire is to see people adopt a lifestyle that includes connecting with God and others through regular worship. We also believe that connecting with God goes beyond Sunday morning worship and includes getting involved in the life of the church.
What to expect when you visit
We’re a multi-generational church where 20 and 30-somethings feel right at home alongside those who have a little more “experience.” We're also a church where you are free to come dressed in whatever is comfortable, whether that is jeans and sandals or your "Sunday best."
Our Sunday services begin with a time of music and singing, followed by a message filled with Bible teaching and personal application from one of our pastors. We often have creative elements worked into the service – such as a video or drama. Each week we have a time of communion and any guest who knows Jesus as Lord is invited to share with us, but may also feel comfortable passing the trays on to the next person. Toward the end of our service we have an offering, but as our guest there would be no pressure to participate.
Visit our Facebook page for a playlist of songs we'll be singing this week.
You can learn a lot about Rainier View from this website, but you'll need to join us on a Sunday morning to really understand what Rainier View is about. How about this Sunday? We'll be ready to greet you whenever you're ready to take that step.
