Baptism Conversation

For those who would like to be baptized on Easter Sunday, we’ll be holding a short virtual discussion on Tuesday, April 8, at 7:00pm. We’ll talk about the meaning of baptism, answer any questions you may have, and go over important details—such as what time to arrive on Easter morning, what to bring, and what to expect. If you aren't sure if you're ready, this is still for you. It may help you make a decision. 

 

If that time doesn’t work for you, simply indicate that when you sign up for the Baptism Celebration, and we’ll arrange another time to share the information with you.

Good Friday

Join us on Good Friday for an experiential event, designed to help us reflect on Jesus' sacrifice and fully appreciate the resurrection and the life-changing meaning of Easter morning. This year's event is a self-guided walk-through, allowing you to come at a time that works best for you and move through at your own pace.

Baptism Celebration

On Easter Sunday, we're already celebrating, so it seems like the perfect time to celebrate with those who are ready to follow Jesus in baptism. Have you been putting off the decision to be baptized? Sign up today! We'll have a an opportunity before the April 20 event to answer your questions and to talk through what the Baptism Celebration will look like on Easter morning. Born to Shine

Very Best Summer (VBS)

July 7-11

Live It Out VBS 2025 will blend the fun and adventure of camp life with hands-on biblical learning, inspiring preschool to elementary kids to follow Jesus’ example. Kids 3 years through 5th grade will enjoy a dynamic experience filled with friends, worship, Bible lessons, and crafts!

 

Early bird cost is $30.

Cost increases to $45 on May 21 and the registration deadline is July 1.

Mexico Trip 2025

July 12-19

RVCC members have been doing ministry trips to Mexico since 1995, and we look forward to this opportunity to serve again in San Vicente and Colonet, located about 2.5 hours south of San Diego. On this trip we will support the ministries at Casa del Pastor and the churches in San Vicente and Colonet.
